Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting a return request.

Returns – Incorrect Fit or Unsatisfied with Item

If you received the correct item but are unsatisfied with the fit, you may request a return within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unwashed, and undamaged (obviously for some items they have to be worn for fit testing)

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • No signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or odor

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Processing time for funds to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you must complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery.

Please email support@oscurosdefense.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Email used at checkout

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item on a flat surface

  • Photo of the tag and visible defect or error

Photos must clearly show the issue to be eligible for review. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or void the claim.

If approved, we will provide further instructions to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Most of our products are custom or made-to-order. As a result, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

Orders typically enter production within 12–36 hours after purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins and are not guaranteed.

If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Once a return is authorized and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Timing of credit posting depends on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements.

Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for orders that violate our Terms & Conditions or show signs of abuse, excessive returns, fraud, or policy manipulation.

If a chargeback is initiated within the stated production and shipping timeframe for pre-order items (30–90 BUSINESS days depending on the item, excluding holidays and weekends), we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation showing compliance with our stated timelines.

Important Shipping Reminder

Pre-order items may take 30–90 BUSINESS days to ship depending on the individual product. These timeframes do not include weekends or holidays. Production occurs within the stated business-day window provided at the time of purchase.
